Every result is a starting range, not a vendor quote. We expose the assumptions so you can decide when to move up or down.

The box calculator begins with five typical home-size bands: studio, one bedroom, two bedrooms, three bedrooms and four or more bedrooms. It adjusts that starting point for household size and three belonging-density levels. The total is divided into small, medium, large and wardrobe boxes, then rounded to whole items.
Increase the result for books, collections, pantry goods, garage tools, fragile kitchenware and long-term storage. Decrease it after donating, selling or measuring a lightly furnished home.
Vehicle estimate
The vehicle tool maps home size and furniture density to common rental categories in the selected market. Capacity ranges describe interior volume only. Payload, access, road restrictions and non-stackable furniture may require a different choice.
Storage estimate
The storage tool combines home size with the share of household contents being stored. Its recommendation assumes sensible stacking. Add space if you need an aisle, cannot disassemble furniture or need frequent access.
Localisation and review
Country versions use the common units and rental terminology of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. Before paying a provider, always confirm actual internal dimensions, payload, access conditions and facility rules.
